Installed Nest thermostat with new AC system. It worked fine. Now we are getting a code : E73could someone explain what this code means. Thank youAlso, how do I reset the thermostat

Hi, I have a nest learning thermostat which was installed May 2019. Just recently I got a H72 error on the thermostat. I checked the heat link and see it is totally dead, no lights. Tried to reset but no joy. Can I order a new one? Thank you
