I received an email to upgrade to 4th gen thermostat from my 2nd gen. I clicked the link, it said error 403 , and it did not allow me to see the google store webpage. So i figured I would do it later. I went to check my email and the email disappeared ( subject was, Important service ending for 1st gen 2nd gen thermostat upgrade to 4th gen, something like this, ) I need any help to get a new link to get the discount code to purchase a new 4th gen thermostat, since app support is ending for 2nd gen. any help would be great.

Why is Google/Nest making it so difficult to order the Gen 4 replacement (for Gen 2) and NOT sending the promo code to my email so I can make purchase?
