good nest power connector

How do I get my free google nest power connector? I have it installed. My Google Home app is installed too but I need my technician to set-up the power connector which I just learned that I need in order to complete the set-up. I see that it is free with my purchase - I just am not sure how to finish this process...

There are promotions offered via email and the Google Home app based on your eligibility. I suggest proceeding with the setup process in the Google Home app, as it will tell you if you need a Nest Power Connector and might provide a link to order a free Nest Power Connector.

Also, to verify if there are offers available, please check for offers on the Offers page or Feed tab on the Google Home app, or go to the Help Center article, Find Google Nest promotional offers.
