Hello
My heat link is dead. No signal of activity after several attempts of disconnecting/reconnecting. My old thermostat works perfectly fine when I replace the heat link, so it is not a power supply issue. We had the same issue in february of this year and we got it replaced by the warranty. However, I do not longer find the way to contact the customer service to ask for a solution (I live in France). How can I get in contact with the costumer service in order to have our problem solved? It is urgent...
