home.nest.com does not have my device

Using GoogleHome app on my iPhone, I have a Nest thermostat (no issues here, I can control, etc.). My problem is when I log in on a browser (https://home.nest.com) I don't see any devices at all listed. The account is correct but no thermostat. Attempting to add one (already installed) does not work because my basic Nest thermostat does not issue (or have a place) to give the key ID needed to add a device. But then again, if it is the same account I should not have to add a device because it works on the google home on the iPhone. Any suggestions? Thanks!

The key id for adding the thermostat is on the unit itself I believe.  Go to settings,

nest app, generate key

watson58, have you ensured that you're signed into https://bit.ly/3gW4i8w using the same email address you're using on your Google Home app? Also, when signing into https://bit.ly/3gW4i8w, did you select on the Sign in with Google option or the Sign in with Nest one?
