issues with cooling

thermostats says 2+ hours to cool but never really cool. No issues with AC already had a issues with thermostat.

1. What type of Nest thermostat do you have?
2. What type of system do you have? (Heat Pump or conventional type)
3. Do you have a C-wire installed?
4. Have you checked if all the wires are fully inserted?
