learning nest sensor offline post installation

Sensor went offline after one month of working fine.  deleted sensor device but cannot how to add back as google nest and google home app doesnt find.  swapped battery, no change.

Thanks for posting and I'm sorry to hear about your Nest Temperature Sensor. 

Just to confirm, did you take off the sensor from your Nest app? If yes, you need to redo the setup by following the steps here: https://goo.gle/3dpEILK If you're running into some difficulties completing the setup process, try the troubleshooting guide here.
