I have had issues with this nest since i bought it last week  with keeping it charged

I have charged it for a few hours and even overnight and by the end of the day it is offline and showing low battery

I put a Google  C wire  adapter on the furnace .

My battery reads 3.688 v   Voc 35.59  Vin is only 15.89V which seems very low

What might be the fix . I am not very technical so be gentle

Hello icyr,

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your inquiry. I'd be happy to take a look at this for you.

Could you please share with us a photo of how you installed your Nest Power Connector? Then, check and ensure that your Nest Thermostat's software is up-to-date. Disable the Network connection within 24 hours. Try restarting your thermostat by pressing and holding its screen until it shuts down. Lastly, inspect the power readouts and let us know if there are any changes.

Regards,
Mark

Hey there,

I'm checking back in — how's it going? Have you tried monitoring your Nest Thermostat's behavior? Was there any progress?

Best,
Mark
