my nest APP states it is off-line however the device is connected to the Wifi. Please advise

Having the same issue, verified through the router it is in fact connected and receiving / sending data (nest 1st gen or 2nd)

I’m having the same issue. But when I check the nest it’s connected to the internet. 

Yes, mines was too. I had to reset and re-enter and it worked.

My Nest stated connected, but the APP was off-line. I reset the Nest and started over and it worked through the APP

I’m also having the same issue. Nest app says offline. I’m not physically at the house so I can’t reset in person. Is it possible to remotely reset?

I had to reset while at home and it worked
