Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the delay. What type of Nest Thermostat do you have? If you have a 3rd, 2nd, or 1st gen of the Nest Learning Thermostat, ensure to select the correct generation for your thermostat. Also, try to scan the QR code instead of getting an entry key.
