Hi pg2024,

Uh-oh! I'm sorry to hear that your thermostat is reading an incorrect indoor temperature. A few questions:

  • When was the thermostat installed?
  • Where did you install your thermostat? in a room and on a wall or stand?
  • Do you have other active Nest Thermostats? If yes, do they show the same issue?
  • When did the issue start?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps? If yes, would you mind listing them?

Also, take note that you need to be in front of the thermostat to troubleshoot. If you are away from the thermostat's location but you have someone there to perform, you may ask them to do so.

Keep us posted.

Best,

Zoe
