I have been waiting for a refund for over 1 month - the team have everything they need from but no refund.

No one is responding to my chasing emails.

Can anyone recommend how I can get my refund paid?

Finally got mine yesterday - I’d uploaded my invoices on 7/12/21!  Got there in the end but very frustrating and extremely poor service from google who missed the original timescales they quoted me by around 3 months!
