I need a replacement Heat Link, as the current one has broken in less than a year (never had this problem with the previous Hive set-up). Tried to contact through chat in the UK but got bounced out of system. Really poor service, Can anyone help before I go to Twitter? Do I get a replacement or do I need to buy one. On looking through threads, other are experiencing the same problem. Is there a design fault?

For those seeking to purchase a new Heat Link, it is best to reach out to Nest UK customer support. This product is only exclusive to Nest UK, so we wouldn't be able to process replacements on our end. Sorry, all! 

Some users have found success in finding them from private sellers, but it seems that they are rare. Since the Nest Thermostats come with Heat Link, you might have to purchase a new one or look into your product's warranty.
