setting low and high temperature on the same day

I want Nest E to set the desired temp to 69 at 6 AM and set the temperature to 60 at 10PM every day.  I cannot seem to shut off eco and I can't get Nest to do this simple task,  HELP! I really wish I had my Honeywell back

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the trouble this has caused you. I'd like to know more about it. A few questions: in what country are you located? Do you have relatives who have access to your account as a Home member? Please compare the schedule plotted in the app and on your Nest Thermostat device. Check your thermostat's power readings. Also, check your thermostat's Energy History, it will tell you what your thermostat was doing previously. 

You can follow the guide below to check your thermostat's power readout:

1. Go to your thermostat Quick View menu.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Look for Technical Info.
4. Select Power.
