Showing incorrect room temperature all of a sudden.

Same issue here.  Brand new Nest Thermostat.  Room temp in the termostat seems locked at 22C.  Ambient temp is much cooler and heat is not coming on.   Have tried restarting several times and also doing a factory reset.

After several restarts and factory resets, it seeeeems to be working now.   I will watch it for a few days and see if it continues to work.

  1. Are you from North America or Europe?
  2. What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
  3. Send a photo of the Nest Thermostat next to your thermometer. 
  4. Have you tried resetting the Nest Thermostat?
