stuck on continue configuring.....

I have a nest thermostat and I am trying to install it .  It seems to be stuck on continue configuring in the google home app.  Cannot connect to thermostat in app .  Cannot enter settings on thermostat. please help.

I’m having the same issue

I deleted the home app

Reinstalled the app after approximately 5 min

Added the thermostat 

setup as already installed 

followed prompts and it worked 

good luck
