the thermostat used to work now won't connect to wifi.  I tried to reset and now I can't get the thermostat to work and my house is freezing.

 

Please help

pull the face of the thermostat odd and there should be a micro USB viable. Plug it in for a while before placing it back on the base stand. This should charge the unit just enough to get the heating on. I’ve been repeating this process for a week now. Hope this helps. I believe this is a software issue as so many people are suffering this issue.

my thermostat just will not connect to wifi now I have done every troubleshooting 3 times it still will now work, and I cant get to a real person online or on phone to figure it out. My unit is stuck with the heater on and it's reaching 80 degrees somedays.
