It seems like my 2.4 devices have stopped working and I can’t get them to connect anymore. Roku premier and some smart lights. Did an update screw this up? Could a setting somewhere have done this?

Sorry about the issues you're having with disconnected devices. That sounds frustrating and confusing to have going on. Let's see what we can do to work it out for you.
So are all your 2.4GHz devices failing to connect, or is it only some? The way the Nest WiFi system works, both 2.4GHz and 5GHz devices should connect normally as it's a dual band network. Have you tried restarting your network to see if that clears up the issue? If not, give that a try first and if things are still not connecting, please come back and let me know.

I just bought the mesh wifi system, trying to set it up for the first time, everything is correct. When I scan the QR code all I get is a cannot connect message. Could this be my issue as well?
