I have a Google wifi point set up in living room and another point in a bedroom. After unplugging and replugging in the one in the bedroom, it blinked orange. I did factory reset twice, first time on the Home app, second time by pressing the button on the device. After going through the adding device process, now I have 2 devices in the same bedroom on Home app, one online and one offline. The physical device is still blinking orange. The app wifi test says internet speed is fast. What should I do next? Thanks for any inputs.

I'd suggest factory resetting both units using the physical button:
Factory reset your Wifi device - Google Nest Help
Once reset, turn off one of the units and proceed to setup the other. Make sure it's fully online, appears in the Home app, and you get an internet connection. Only then, proceed to turn on and setup the second unit. When setting up the second unit, refer to the "Add an additional point" section.
