I've recently set up Nest WiFi and now none of my Ring Cameras and smart lights work. They are all looking for the 2.4ghz network. Is there a work around my old router I could select 2.4 set everything up and the go back to 5 and everything worked. If there is no easy work around then the nest will need to be returned.
Thanks for the help on advance.

Thanks for trying to help no way of using the old router so the easiest work around was to walk around my yard until I reached the end of the 5ghz and 2.4 took over. I marked the spot, ran an extension cable out to the spot and set up all the lights, plugs etc. in the corner of my backyard. Neighbours thought I was a weirdo, ghetto but it worked.

Use the same SSID and password as your old router? Or turn off Nest Wifi, connect and reset old router, set it up with same SSID and passeord as your Nest Wifi, connect the IoT devices to it, turn old router off, turn on Nest Wifi.

Hi, peeky15.
I'm happy to see you got things working. Sorry it was such a runaround to get things set up. Before I mark this as resolved, I wanted to see if there was anything else you needed here. If so, just let me know.
Thanks.
