A new device has joined your network
All
Day
Every
Day
I received several hundred notifications yesterday. This has gone on for weeks. What can I do to stop this?
Screenshot ... you get the idea.
The notifications each day scroll and scroll

Go into Google Home, Wifi, Settings, Network Settings, Wifi Notifications, Turn off New Device notifications.

That's not a solution, that's a cover up. I want to know when things actually happen to my network

Sorry was just answering your original request to stop the notifications.
I know this was an issue in the past (2022), but have not heard much about it since.. there was an old post with the same issue here: https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Nest-Wifi/100-notifications-a-day-A-new-device-has-joined-you...
there were some good ideas to try as troubleshooting in that post, not sure what you have done at this point. You can try turning off cloud services, rebooting the network, then reenabling and seeing if that works as well. the standard "factory reset network" isnt a bad idea either. I have not personally experienced this issue on my Nest Wifi network so I cannot help beyond standard troubleshooting, my apologies. Remember we are all users, not Google employees here, so we can only do so much:)

I apologize for sounding rude. I appreciate the effort. I'd read through that old post, but unless I missed it, I don't really see a solution. I suppose that some of those troubleshooting steps might have fixed it and no one ever came back to confirm that took care of it.

Yeah thats the problem with some of the posts, if a solution is found and nobody reports it we have no way of knowing it worked 🙂 Give them a shot and let me know if they work or not please!

Well, I'm honestly not sure if this corrected itself on it's own or I did something that I didn't realize, but it's stopped and I didn't get a chance to go through all the troubleshooting.
