I would like to set up a separate SSID to put my IOT devices on. This would be in addition to the regular SSID and the guest SSID. Is that possible?
I also wonder if I could get the same level of management by grouping them together as one "user"?
Thanks for any info.

Nest Wifi can only do primary and guest SSID, two SSIDs in total, no more.
(The guest SSID is more like a 2nd primary SSID in my opinion, as it doesn't do client isolation.)
The second question I don't fully get, but it might be irrelevant given the answer on question one?

Maybe a Ubiquiti UniFi Express is a better fit for your needs?
Or Synology WRX560:

Thanks for the reply! By the second question, I was wondering if I could get the same level of management of the IOT devices by assigning them to a "person", much like you can manage the devices associated with a given child.

Ah, ok. There are no such abilities outside the primary SSID.
