Hi, I recently changed a different carrier. what I did, just unpluged the ethernet cable from the old carrier modem to the new one. I didnt reset the google wifi. it is working fine now.

Thanks for reaching out with your question about resetting your points. As you move your network from one provider to another, it should retain all its settings and still work. If you end up having issues, however, you can perform a factory reset on them and set them up as if they were new devices. The instructions for a factory reset are found here: https://bit.ly/3o72JY9
