Connecting PC to ac1200 through ethernet

I can't connect to the wifi through ethernet. I can connect through wifi, but when trying through ethernet it just says no internet on the ethernet section and connected on the wifi section. I have the cord connected on the grey <> side, not the blue internet symbol side. What am I doing wrong?

Hey Edward, thanks for your reply! I ended up rebooting both and that did the trick! I think it needed to be plugged in before the mesh point got turned on for some reason haha

Hi Markbot,

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue with connecting your computer using an ethernet cable. I'd love to know more about this and I have a few questions:

  • Is it working fine before?
  • What's the OS of your computer?
  • Have you tried a different cable?

Looking forward to your response.

Thanks,

Edward
