I had the internet’s provider over because the WiFi in my hose is choppy and slow at times. They replaced the router but think the problem is in my WiFi mesh system and my need a update not sure.

Thanks for reaching out to the community. I'm sorry for the performance issues you've been having. I imagine that's a frustrating experience.
The good news is that your WiFi hardware will automatically update itself without you having to do anything. As updates are made available, they will automatically download and install. One thing you will want to make sure, however, is that your Home app is always updated for the latest management features.
