Showing an orange light and Wi-Fi is offline reset didn’t help

If the light is pulsing orange, that means it has no internet connection. Check that the ethernet cable is properly connected to your primary Wifi point and modem. If that doesn't work, use the network troubleshooter below to work out what is happening.

Fix your Google Nest Wifi or Google Wifi network - Google Nest Help

If it's actually a pulsing red light, that suggests a potential hardware problem. First try to factory reset the Wifi point. If it continues to pulse red, contact Wifi customer support.

Thanks it was the Ethernet cord!
