I ended up resetting and reinstalling the routers and that seems to have worked. I am a little concerned and frustrated that this happened though - same thing happened with my nest protects recently, and it doesn’t appear to be something Google can explain. I sure hope it doesn’t happen again as it is a big pain to fix!
I'm happy to hear it worked out and is showing for you again. I understand why you're a bit worried about it happening again too. The issue isn't really a common thing, but hopefully that's the last time you see it, either way.
Since we have a resolution on this, I'll go ahead and close up the thread. If you need anything else in the future, please feel free to open an new discussion.
