This is similar to my experience with the Nest Pro router. My wife and I both lose connectivity multiple times through the day. Have you heard anything back yet?

I received an email back but it suggested two of the exact same steps that they had previously already tried: (1) changing the DNS; and (2) pausing and resuming each connected device. Again, these are same steps they’ve already recommended. It improves things for about an hour but then starts to drop internet again. Extremely frustrating, particularly as this seems to be a problem faced by many people. If I don’t hear anything soon, I’m going to need to switch to a different product/company.
