Google Mesh Internet Dropping

Most devices on my Google Mesh drop intermittently multiple times throughout the day. Its been happening for about the past month and each time I've tried to work directly with Google support they just have me reset, unplug, each puck, restart, etc - the same thing every time - with no resolution. I was asked to send my “system log”, which I did two days ago, and was told I would hear back in 24-48 hours. I have not heard anything. My case number is 9-7958000035230. Please let me know if the status ASAP. I’ve tried emailing as well and never received a response.

This is similar to my experience with the Nest Pro router. My wife and I both lose connectivity multiple times through the day. Have you heard anything back yet?

I received an email back but it suggested two of the exact same steps that they had previously already tried: (1) changing the DNS; and (2) pausing and resuming each connected device. Again, these are same steps they’ve already recommended. It improves things for about an hour but then starts to drop internet again. Extremely frustrating, particularly as this seems to be a problem faced by many people. If I don’t hear anything soon, I’m going to need to switch to a different product/company.
