Our power was knocked out for a few hours and I can't get the mesh system to reconnect. The power has gone out before, but I've never had this problem.

Hey, mediaman.

Sorry for the issues with your mesh system failing to reconnect after an outage. Were you able to get this resolved, or did you still need help on this? Usually after an outage, the issue is generally going to be with the modem needing to fully reconnect with your incoming connection from your ISP. I have a few questions that might help us out here.

  • Do you have any lights flashing on your router or WiFi points? If so, what color are they?
  • Can you see the network in your Home app?
  • Is the entire network down, or is it only the WiFi points?
  • Are you able to verify that you have an active connection at the modem from the ISP?
