We had a storm a couple weeks ago and lost power.  Ever since my office Nest won’t connect. I’ve restarted, left it unplugged for days, just flashes a bright light constantly.

What colour is the light on the device? Is it pulsing? Can you see the device in the Google Home app?

The light is flashing white.  It’s in my google app but says not connected
