Just purchased and installed the Google Nest WiFi Pro 3-pack.
The client PC has the following:
I have one of the Google Nest WiFi Pro access points located about 10-feet away from the client PC direct line of sight. The protocol negotiated between the client PC and the Wi-Fi access point is 802.11n (Wi-Fi 4) not 802.11ax.
I have tried tweaking configurations for the Wi-Fi adapter on the client PC - no change. Any suggestions on how to diagnose and fix this issue? Thanks!

It's not just you, I'm having the same issue. 10 ft from the main router, phone appears to be connecting to it with fast protocol (Pixel 7)

I'm actually going to return this. Not only is the wifi connection speed to my pc horrific, its also extremely poor with bufferbloat, being worse than my old archer C9

I ended up returning the product after the Nest Wifi Pro access points just stopped working. None broadcasted the SSID. The second access point was flashing an orange light. I purchased a TP-Link XE200. The client PC that could only connect to the Nest Wifi Pro using 802.11n (wifi 4) was able to connect to the TP-Link XE200 using 802.11ax (wifi 6). The issue is with the Nest Wifi Pro.

Hey ZMaker,
I'm sorry to see you sent back your Nest WiFi Pro setup, but I understand why you would seek a different option for your needs. If there's anything else I can do for you here, let me know.
Thanks,
Jeff

Unfortunately, as mentioned I had the same issues, exact same wifi card. It made no sense to retain a product that cost $200 dollars and performed MUCH worse than a $70 router from 2015 (Archer C8 and C9 are being compared).
