So I have a Google Nest Wi-Fi Pro that I bought back in March 2023. I had to factory reset it today because somehow My IP Address shows it's coming from Iran even though I live in Canada. After the factory reset, I've tried setting the network back up but can't. It's stuck in the loop asking for me to connect the Ethernet cable (done). I tried the setup on IOS and it didn't work so I got my brother to try it on his Android phone. It says the modem isn't providing an IP for the Wi-Fi Pro and recommends resetting the modem. I did that and it's still not working. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Jhondika,
Yes, I've gone through all these steps and it didn't work. I guess I'll have to contact google support tomorrow. Thank you for trying though.

I've called Google, and got a callback, after explaining the issue the line broke (hung up?) and I've requested two call back since and received nothing... I guess my Google Nest Wi-Fi Pros will be expensive paperweights >_>;; Is there any other way to get help with these issues or if that's it? This isn't giving me any confidence in getting any more Google products.

Hi Naoto,
We're checking in to see if you're still having the same issue as before. Have you tried contacting your ISP in regards to your modem not providing the IP address? Has someone from our team called you to get things resolved?
Looking forward to your response.
Best,
Dan
