I have a Google Nest WiFi Pro with the main Next module attached to my Xfinity cable Moden (modem is in bridge mode) and 3 points (one on the second floor of my home, down the hall from the main module; the remaining two on the first floor of my home). One of the wifi points on the first floor keeps changing its IP address to 10.0.0.3 and I have to factory reset the point to get it back in my network. This is the second or third time that I have had to factory reset this unit. None of the other units have had this problem.

Hi Bob,
That certainly isn't the experience we want you to have, and apologies for the delay. The recurring issue with one of your Google Nest Wifi Pro points changing its IP address to 10.0.0.3 and requiring factory resets is definitely a concern. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try to address this problem and avoid future resets:
1. Network Conflict:
2. DHCP Lease Time:
3. Advanced Troubleshooting:
Additional Tips:
Hopefully, by systematically trying these steps, you can identify the root cause of the IP address change and prevent the need for future factory resets on your Google Wifi Pro point.
Let us know how it goes.
Best,
Dan
