Google Nest Wifi Router stopped responding to "Hey Google"

My Google Nest Wifi Router stopped responding with the Google Assistant.  I checked all that I can find on the Google Home app.  Oddly enough, my additional Nest Point still responds to "Hey Google".  The router itself does not have the mic switch on it to mute it.  I checked the Nest Point just in case, and it is not on mute.  I turned up my sensitivity to "Hey Google", but still no go.  I did a full factory reset and re set up both devices through my Google Home App.  I also combed through the internet and did not find anything more helpful than cycling power.  I found one related conversation on this message board, with no additional troubleshooting steps.  The user with initial complaint said the issue was "resolved" because it "fixed itself".  Any additional advice will be much appreciated.

Thanks!

The Nest Wifi Router does not have a mic or speaker, only the points do, which is why there is no mic switch on it.  You will notice on the bottom of the router it is solid plastic, where as on the points it has the mesh looking bottom (where the speaker is located).

Built-in speaker with the Google Assistant

Nest Wifi points have a speaker with the Google Assistant, so you can play music, manage your Wi-Fi network, find answers, control your connected devices, and more using just your voice.

Note: The Nest Wifi router does not include a speaker or Google Assistant.

Yeah, I meant to get back on here as I noticed that on the router.  For some reason, I thought I used to "talk to" my router.  We moved.  The last house had the router in the basement and my Nest point in my office.  It is visa versa now, and I am pretty sure that is how I confused myself.  Feel pretty dumb about it.  Thanks for the help though!
