Google Points blinking red

Ok so I believe it's what's called the google wifi points?  It is pulsing red... I've tried everything I can think of... but it will not connect to my internet... I mean... my desktop is able to connect to the router via Ethernet... but how is it that my points are red?

Sounds like it needs a factory reset ( https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/6246619?hl=en ) then set up from scratch ( https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9548301?hl=en ). Use the same network name (SSID) and passeord, and your wireless devices should reconnect automagically.

Thank you everyone for the help.  I finally was able to get it off the red to the green... I tried everything and it turns out our SWITCH wasn't working... it was blinking green but our points were red... I connected to a different SWITCH and our points turned green.  Again, thank you for all the help because I learned a lot from it all.
