I can’t add the the third device into Wi-Fi mesh network as it goes to red after few seconds. I left it unplugged all night long. Still same issue

I would start by recommending you factory reset the Wifi point. If it continues to pulse red, the best thing to do is contact Wifi customer support.

thanks it worked
I had to do factory reset , left the devices off for long time, started connecting to google home, wi-fi and mesh network. device power button is on the bottom which is kind a unnoticeable.
