Google Wi-Fi

Google nest Wi-Fi won’t reset - hold the button for 10 seconds until yellow light comes on, wait plus 10 minutes and have done as long as one hour today but the light only returns to white. Never pulses, so never can connect to google home/device never found. 
Any help would be gratefully received. Cheers Jim

Did you try holding the reset button while connecting power to the device?
So first unplug it, press and hold the reset button, and insert power. 🙂

Yeah, finally got it to reset this afternoon, but after setting it back up it went down again after about 20 minutes. I’ve got a feeling the main Wi-Fi point is knackered unfortunately. All points seem fine, so might need to bite the bullet and replace unless anyone has got any other ideals what the issue could be?
