First off im
not tech savvy what so ever so just wanted to start off there. Plugged one of the nests into my router and it powered on and got it connected and working. Then went to space the other 2 out and neither of them would connect. Started watching videos and saw where I was supposed to plug one of the nests in directly to my modem which is spectrum. So I did a factory reset and then plugged the original one that was working from the router to my modem and it now only pulses orange. Have unplugged it multiple times with still being orange. Tried another best into the router again to see if I could get it to work and it won’t connect. These were bought a while ago and don’t know if the software is old and possibly the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
