Hello,
We purchased a Google WiFi AC1200 Mesh Router for my mom to improve her wifi signal and it seems to work well for this purpose. However we have not been using it because when we plug her VoIP box into this Google Wifi Router, the telephone will not work. Since her telephone is essential, we had to disconnect the Google wifi and she has to use the wifi signal that freezes regularly.
I tried following steps to open a port for the VoIP box in Google Home. It didn’t work but I really don’t know what I am doing so I may have not done this correctly.
Any suggestions or questions are very much appreciated! Thanks.

I don't know much about VOIP, but found some previous posts that might give you some info:
Ask the VOIP provider if they know whether their product will work behind Google Nest Wifi?

Thank you so much for these links Olavrb. I had seen one but not the other. It is a Cisco VoIP so perhaps that is the problem. I will check into it further with the VoIP provider. I appreciate your help!
