Router Beginner here. My new apartment building offers Webpass, so I have to provide my own router for their internet. They list some recommended routers on their page, but when I called no one could really tell me about the routers. There were several Netgear ones, and the Google Nest was also one. It stuck out to me because it mentioned concrete and my walls, floor, and ceiling in my apartment are solid concrete. I was thinking about getting the Google Nest, but do I need the points too?? Or can I just get the nest by itself? It’s a studio apartment, so I wouldn’t think I need a bunch of points everywhere if I don’t have to.
