Google WiFi "No Internet Connection"

I'm running a three-node (3 x AC-1304) mesh network on software 14150.376.32, and periodically throughout the day and night, internet speeds drop to near-zero or zero. I receive "no network connection" messages on my Android phones, and can't successfully launch either of the Google Home or Google WiFi apps. Every time this occurs, none of the Google WiFi nodes shows an error (based on the lights on the devices) and the light on the Spectrum FiberOptic modem indicates normal operation. Spectrum reports no network outage and no errors on the network associated with my FiberOptic modem.

Spectrum has run tests, looked at log files, and even replaced the FiberOptic modem, but the problem persists. I have swapped Google WiFi nodes around, replaced power cables, replaced network cable between Google WiFi router and Spectrum FiberOptic modem, but the problem persists. At this point I'm suspecting Google WiFi software issues but have no way to confirm.

In summary, there is no indication of a problem other than no/low internet speed, and a "no network connection" message on my Android phones. Google WiFi software is up to date. Connectivity to Spectrum FiberOption network worked fine for weeks after installation, but then problems described above set in. Rebooting hardware may or may not remedy the problem temporarily.
