I have Google Fiber. It is ok but not fast. Upgrade to the new Google Wi-Fi Pro from BestBuy for nearly $400 on a 1500sq ft home. All wireless. The older pucks I had seems sluggish, so I upgraded. I have iPhone 15 pro max and 2 laptops and firetv and 2 security cams. I keep getting some disconnects when playing YouTube (not in 4k but 720 is enough) and even Netflix and even when I am having Teams or Zoom meeting with my team. The old one sometimes also stop or drop off since work from home 99% of the time. I did factory reset a few times. still same problem. What is going on? It is frustrating.. as using it is easy but it does not work well it seems. I might return it since I see only a minimal improvement to pay over $400 for it. With the inflation and everything else going up I see no reason for a product to be so poorly made and with no Quality inspection to thoroughly go through the process of validating the product.

Nest Wifi Pro by itself isn't a magic wand to better Wi-Fi speeds. Assuming you're getting sufficient bandwidth into your home, Wi-Fi coverage and speed is very dependant on the layout and construction of your home, as well as where you place your Wi-Fi points.
How many Wifi points have you got?
Where have you placed them?
Does the mesh test show good connection?
Assuming the above items are all okay, here is more guidance:
