Over the past 3 ish weeks everything in our house keeps losing connection to the WiFi  spots. We have reboot everything and reset everything. Our wifi ran without issue for over a year. Is there a recent update?

Hi, Stuart Brooks 530.

Sorry for the delay in getting a response out to you and for the issues you're having with your WiFi setup. I imagine that's quite a frustrating experience. Let's look at this and come up with a fix for you.

Before jumping in too deep, I do have some questions for you to make sure we're looking in the right direction.
  • When your connections drop, is the WiFi network still active?
  • Are you seeing any status lights on your WiFi points during a disconnect?
  • Do you have any routines set up to manage device connections?
I mostly want to verify whether or not it's a disconnect from the device or an actual Internet connectivity device. If you could give me a little more insight of what is happening during connectivity loss, we can start figuring this out.

Thanks
