Google lights not working

speakers  and nest are fine

Sorry for the issues you're having with your lights. That sounds frustrating. Let's figure out how to get things working for you.

Before we get into things, I do have a few questions.

• What brand of lights are these, and did you have them connected to your network previously?
• Have you tried factory resetting your lights?
• Is your network able to see the lights, or are they not showing up at all?
