I have a nest network at my house with 1g service. Service real-time is reading 747 mbs yet every wifi point (including the one directly next to the router) is producing 18kbs In wifi speeds. This just started happening recently and Im not sure how else to fix it. I have reset the network, unplugged everything, moved the nest points, what else am I missing?

Hi CBroadus,
That certainly isn’t the experience we want you to have, and we apologize for the delay. A few questions: are you using a modem/router combo from your Internet Service Provider (ISP)? Which Google/Nest router are we working with? What device are you using to set up your network (iOS or Android)? Do you have the Internet from your modem?
You can do a sequential reboot of your entire network and see if that helps, or please perform a 2-minute power cycle on your entire network to re-establish the connection on your connected devices. Here's how:
Also, you can give these steps a try:
You may skip any step that you’ve done already.
Let us know how it goes.
Best,
Dan

None of these recommendations work. I've been having issues for months. It started randomly one day with my Google nest Wi-Fi router. 1 gig service, getting 800 mbps hardwired but only 150 mbps wirelessly directly in front of the router. I thought it may have been going out so I purchased the Google Wi-Fi pros and even created a new network and only connected my Google Pixel 7 pro. I ended up with the same exact results. I was told an update was coming, but if it was pushed out, it did not help my situation.
