Every night, at the same time and even with the mic off my google nest says “I’m sorry I didn’t understand you, but I am learning”.

Hi Paulatalaypau,

That’s odd! Let’s further look into it.

  • Unplug your Google Nest Wifi point from the power outlet for a minute > Plug back in.
  • Open the Google Home app > Settings > Google Assistant > Manage all Assistant settings > Family Bell. Check if there’s a scheduled action at that specific time the Google Nest Wifi point speaks and disable it.
  • Go back to the Home view > Tap Automations > Check if there’s a set routine that defaults to your Google Nest Wifi point.
  • If there’s no Family Bell or Routine set, do a factory reset, then set up. Monitor it and let me know how it goes.
    • At the bottom of the Nest Wifi point, above the "G" logo, press and hold the small circle that's etched into the device for about 15 seconds.
    • The factory reset process starts about 5 seconds in. Continue to hold the button for 10 more seconds until there's a sound to confirm the device is reset.
    • After the device is reset, it can still appear in the Home app. To remove the device, perform an app factory reset.

Let me know how it goes.

Regards,
Alex
