Google wifi mesh

Is anyone having problems with testing the mesh devices. It keeps telling me "test failed. Be sure you are connected to the internet". My internet is perfectly fine and each point is showing great connection but it won't allow me to test the connection between the points.

I understand the frustration of encountering issues with your Nest WiFi mesh system. The "test failed" message can be perplexing, especially when your internet connection seems stable. I appreciate all the details you provided. 
If you can please answer the next questions:

  • Is this the first time you've encountered this problem?
  • Did something change in your network structure? 
  • Did you try updating the Google Home app?

In the meantime, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:
 

  1. Uninstall and Reinstall Google Home App: Sometimes, a simple app reinstall can resolve unexpected issues.
  2. Restart Devices: Power cycle your Nest WiFi points, router, and the device you're using for testing.
  3. Try Another Device: If possible, use a different device to test the connection between the Nest WiFi points.
