Google wifi not working

Hello I was locked out because the responses was going to my spam and not my inbox. I have the google WiFi and one doesn’t work at all and the other one turns the orange red color. I’ve tried the factory reset it Does not work! I have a warranty on them still and just asking how to file a claim to get the two out of the three replaced. I’ve troubleshooted both unplug them, use othe outlet, used different connecting cords and nothing is happening. Please just help me to file the claims instead of giving me a thousand suggestions that I’ve already done before coming on here to file a claim. Thank you
