Google wifi unit not working after changing setup

Hi there, I have 3 Google wifi units. My son originally set them up using his account. I recently decided to transfer the management to me so I can turn on safesearch etc. When he did a factory reset of the units from his account, so that we could transfer management, one of the units was power off (I didn't realise that at the time). When I came to set the units up again, the unit that was power off does not show up (even though it is now power on). I have tried restarting the set up a couple of times but the unit still does not show up. I tried moving it closer to another unit but it made no difference. Appreciate your advice on what to do! Thank you

Try to factory reset that unit using the physical button:

Then add it to your network afterwards.
