HUB CONNECTS WIFI NO PROBLEM STRONG SIGNAL BUT WON'T CONNECT TO THE INTERNET AT ALL

  • Which Google Nest Hub device do you have? (model name, generation number)
  • Is your Google Nest Hub showing up as 'connected' on the Google Home App?
  • Are you receiving any error messages? What do you see?
  • What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
